History of Goodys Tavern

History

 In 2007 Steve and Jennifer Davis purchased the business. Over the last decade, they have worked hard to bring an up-to-date atmosphere at Goody’s with a new fresh look, higher standards for customer services and ensuring your time at Goody’s is a memorable one.

 

Established in 1929 as Woodys Whitehouse, a diner named after the owner, Woody Farnsworth. In the 50s, the sign was changed from Woody to Goodys to save cost. In 2007, Steve & Jennifer Davis kept the good times rolling! Creating new memories in an up-to-date atmosphere will keep us rocking in the free world!

Ashley was absolutely fantastic !! Instead of a quick cocktail, I stayed for hours. Met some great people at the bar along the way. She introduced me to all the regulars and I felt at home !! I will be back!!

I came into Goodys the other night and had the best experience because of the bartender named Grace!! She was super sweet, excited, and knowledgeable. She helped me pick out what I wanted to drink and was very helpful. She made the most delicious mixed shooter for me! She was an amazing bartender & I will definitely be back for more!

Best spot in San Clemente. Fun, fun, fun! Pool tables, darts, dance floor, The best entertainment in town! Every night of the week there is something fun going on, great drinks special's, happy hour everyday from open to 7pm, Free popcorn, friendly bartenders! A local spot that knows how to throw a party that's for sure.
